Please be aware that air bubbles within the glitter/lava cups can occur as a natural result of the shipping process. Therefore are not grounds for a replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process. We do not accept any refund's, cancelations or returns after your order has been processed as these are custom orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with any damages or issues in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Photos maybe requested.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on premades.
